ESAB UIU Unit Face is going to organize Inter University Engineering Competition "Techxhibit@16" to encourage and award students to demonstrate their innovative ideas and skills in robotic design and application. Students are invited to design and program robots, through operating Lego robots, with innovative ideas and application for providing a smarter life for the elderly, children, or people in need.
Event Description
1. Speed Encounter (Line follower Robot Challenge):
An adrenaline pumping robo-race for automated line follower robot. The robot has to solve its way through a maze in the shortest possible time.
2. House of Innovations (Innovation Challenge):
A contest where an exciting showcase of robots or any type hardware projects that can perform any task and also different ideas can be presented that will be able to bring a change in the field of technology, so that it can solve any social problem of our country.
3. Dream for Change (Elevator Pitch on Tech Ideas):
This new idea to deliver a speech reflects that a speech can be delivered in a time span of an elevator ride. Only the main and important points will be discussed in brief. This technique is used to summarize the whole procedure in short, meaning the contents of the program and how the ideas of technology will be beneficial to our country.
4. Smart Life (Apps’ Contest):
An “apps” contest to develop the skills of our students in the field of “apps” making, so that they can accelerate their ideas to make such apps which will able to make our life smart and easier.
